  • For studio classes, workshops, and events:

    What to bring:

    • Photo ID
    • Water bottle, mat, towel, journal, and clothes you feel comfortable moving in.

    Before you arrive:

    • Review our code of ethics and house rules.

    • If this is your first visit to the studio, be prepared to sign our waiver and review the house rules upon arrival.

    For private sessions:

Please check in with your practitioner to confirm any preparation and what to bring with you for your session.

  • The Rope Collective events, classes, workshops, and private sessions center experiences that can heighten our connection, feeling, and emotions in connection with our body. We recommend you create a post-care plan that you can turn to following your experience here at the studio.

Some things you might consider are hydration, nourishment through foods that make you feel good, connecting with friends/community members who you trust, creating more space in your day or week to allow you to return to feeling balanced and grounded. You can always check in with your instructor or practitioner with any questions or suggestions for aftercare support.

Remember that although there may be activators for healing through The Rope Collective experience, this is not exclusively a space for healing.

We also offer a variety of in house aftercare in our Light Room with professional practitioners of energy healing, therapeutic touch, and embodied care. Visit the practitioners page for more details and to schedule a session. Review our stance on Kink + Healing and if you have questions, needs, or feedback, please contact us.
